We make a visual inspection of your house, including the details about the building envelope, your past energy usage, the age and condition of the house's heating & cooling equipment, appliances, and lighting. Then, we enter your information into an energy calculator that identifies your home's potential for energy savings, prioritizing the options based on your proposed budget or preferred return on investment. Finally, we discuss our findings with you and help you decide which improvements you would like to perform.

Note: By hiring us to complete a Home Efficiency Checkup, you are under no obligation to hire us to complete a Home Efficiency Upgrade. We are happy to offer guidance should you choose to complete the upgrades yourself.
