Home Efficiency Upgrades

Using your Home Efficiency Report as a guide, we're happy to perform as much or as little work as you desire. Some homes may require a few simple upgrades, such as sealing air leaks or installing a programmable thermostat. Other houses may require more work, like replacing inefficient plumbing fixtures or adding more attic insulation.

Areas of focus:

1. Building Envelope- airtightness, insulation, windows/doors

2. Equipment- heating, air conditioning, ventilation, water heating

3. Appliances- refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, laundry

4. Electronics- lighting, office, entertainment
